1. ONIONS
2. GARLIC
3. GINGER
4. TOMATO
5. GREEN CHILLI

QUANTITY FOR EACH INGREDIENT IN RAJMA:
1 BOWL RAJMA
2-3 GREEN CHILLI
2-3 ONIONS
2-3 TOMATO
3-4 CLOVES OF GARLIC
1/2 SLICE OF GINGER
1-3 TABLE SPOON OF SALT, TUMERIC, GARAM MASALA
INGREDIENTS FOR RICE:
1. RICE
2. SALT
3. JEERA
4. DESI GHEE
QUANTITY FOR EACH INGREDIENT IN RICE:
1 GLASS OF RICE
1/2 TABLE SPOON JEERA
1 TABLE SPOON SALT
1 TABLE SPOON DESI GHEE
RECIPE FOR RAJMA:
STEP1: Soak rajma in water overnight. After that add 2 glass of water and cook rajma for around 45 min on low flame.
STEP 2: Side by side make the paste of ginger and garlic. Now, Chop the onions, tomato and green chilli and grind them properly in the mixer.
STEP 3: Add 2 spoons desi ghee and 1 spoon jeera along with 1 spoon of paste and mixture in the pan. And cook them untill golden brown.
STEP 4: Add 1 spoon of salt, tumeric and garam masala and mix them
thoroughly.STEP 5: Wait till whistle blows in pressue cooker. Now add all this golden brown mixture in the pressure cooker.
STEP 6: Wait till 2 whistle blows.
STEP 7: Now rajma are ready to serve. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
RECIPE FOR RICE:
STEP 1: Add ghee and jeera and mix properly untill jeera becomes blackish brown.
STEP 2: Add 1 spoon of salt along with 1 glass of water.
STEP 3: Now add rice and wait untill rice absorbs water completely.
